Hearing Aids in Grapevine

"My 89-year-old mother came to visit me from Chicago, and on the day she arrived, her hearing aids suddenly stopped working. I couldn’t imagine her spending the next 14 days unable to fully hear and enjoy our time together, so finding someone who could help was urgent. A Google search led me to Love to Hear Again Audiology, and saying they were heaven-sent would be an understatement. Even though we didn’t have an appointment, Jen welcomed us warmly the moment we walked through the door. I explained what had happened, and she took the hearing aids and said, “Give me a moment.” Less than five minutes later, she returned and said, “Try those hearing aids now.” And just like that, my mother could hear again! It turned out that the hearing aids simply needed a thorough cleaning. Watching my mother’s face light up when she realized she could hear was priceless. Jen didn’t just restore her hearing, she gave us back the ability to fully enjoy our visit together. The fact that we walked in without an appointment, received such kind and exceptional service, and weren’t charged a dime was a level of generosity I will never forget.
