"My 89-year-old mother came to visit me from Chicago, and on the day she arrived, her hearing aids suddenly stopped working. It turned out that the hearing aids simply needed a thorough cleaning. Watching my mother’s face light up when she realized she could hear was priceless. Jen didn’t just restore her hearing, she gave us back the ability to fully enjoy our visit together. The fact that we walked in without an appointment, received such kind and exceptional service, and weren’t charged a dime was a level of generosity I will never forget. "Love everyone that I have come in contact with at this office. Evan was working the front desk when I made my appointment and he was very pleasant and shared valuable information.
