Welcome to Love to Hear Again Audiology
Our Mission: Our mission is to help you. We seek the cause of your problem before we offer solutions. If you just have earwax in your ears, we clear it – whereas others may refer you to another specialist for cleaning.
Experience: Our audiologist, Dr. Elyssa Washburn, has clinical experience in a range of settings including, university, hospital, private practice, VA system, and large ENT groups throughout her training and professional practice.
Team Approach: Instead of having a one-sided conversation where we recommend devices for your issues, we work with you to find the best solution for your unique needs.
Holistic Approach: Hearing is a vital part of quality of life, and your overall health impacts how you hear! We work with you and your physician to preserve, protect, and improve your hearing, balance, and tinnitus.
Fix-It Approach: Rather than pushing a sale, we fix programming mistakes made by other dispensers or fix broken parts on your current devices (if possible) before considering other technology options. You may have been told that you just have to get used to how your hearing aids sound, when in fact, there are often fine tuning adjustments our doctors can make to solve your frustration.
We Proudly Serve Veterans: We are proud to be contracted with TriWest to fit Veterans with hearing aids! This is an important step as we continue our goal of improving the hearing healthcare in our community.

What to Expect at Your Appointment
Whenever you come to Love to Hear Again Audiology for an appointment, you will always be greeted by our friendly front office staff. If this is your first time visiting our office then we will send you a link to fill out our short electronic intake form beforehand. Be sure to bring a photo ID and your health insurance cards for us to scan. You won’t wait long before one of our doctors of audiology comes out to greet you.
To begin your appointment, we will start with a brief interview. This is a conversation that allows our audiologist to get to know you, what your lifestyle is, where you are having trouble hearing, and what your expectations are for the appointment.
Then we will complete an otoscopic exam, where we will look inside your ears and check for signs of a blockage. If you have earwax build-up, we can remove it in-office.
After we’ve checked the inside of your ears, you will sit inside our sound booth and we will begin the hearing test. The hearing test consists of a tone test, checking what you can hear on the spectrum of sound, as well as a speech in quiet and speech in noise test. If you have tinnitus, we will assess that as well.
Depending on the results of your audiogram, we will discuss some options for hearing aids with you. We carry demo units in-office that you can try on and experience how they sound and feel in your ears.
